Each day is different, but:
The role is split 50:50 in: 

Onboarding (Implementation)

• You takeover the responsibility for new Merchants and ensure a smooth onboarding to the everstox platform
• You create and execute onboarding & implementation plans for new Merchants incl. dashboard configuration
• You facilitate the communication between Merchants and Logistics Partners
• You work closely with the product team for technical questions
• You recognize the needs of our Customers and search for solutions ensuring customer happiness

& Logistic Partner Integration Manager 

• You are the first point of contact for Logistic Partners (LP's) for technical questions to our system
• You are sparing partner for LPs to increase and improve their everstox integration and value perception
• You are clarifying and addressing queries about the everstox Logistics Partner interface and validation solution proposals of IM / Sales Tech
• You are ensuring that the technical setup of Logistics Partners accommodates everstox's multi-user approach

You are special because:

• You have a strong academic & professional background in a business related field
• You have 2-3 years experience in technical Account Management / Implementation department in a high-growth SaaS environment
• You are solution-focused and have a technical understanding
• You are self-motivated, structured and strive to solve problems accurately and effectively
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills)
• You are available for a full-time position with a flexible start date
