About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead to lead and develop our SDR team driving lead generation and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales organization. Team lead activities include SDR work as well, as an individual contributor you play a part in the team achievement, too.
Each day is different, but:

Sales Development Rep
- You identify brands and key decision makers within target customers
- You generate new leads via outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn and telephone)
- You book first meetings with prospects for Account Executives to take over the Sales process
- You assist the Account Executives with various sales-related tasks and cross-functional activities

Team Leadership & Development:
- You lead and scale the SDR team over the next year including: hiring, training, and onboarding new SDRs.
- You lead, mentor, and motivate the team to meet and exceed their targets as we expand.
- You make sure to build & maintain an ecosystem for your team, especially in terms of processes
- You develop individual performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high performance across the team.
- You foster a culture of continuous learning and development, keeping the team updated on industry trends, new techniques, and technology advancements.

Ownership
- You own all SDR activities and KPIs, including daily email outreach volumes, calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage and outreach sequences.
- You ensure you and the team maintain high levels of prospecting activity, driving consistent engagement across all channels.
- You establish and enforce best practices for outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification to maximize pipeline creation.

Activity-Driven Culture:
- You set and enforce high activity standards, ensuring a consistent volume of outreach across email cadences, social selling and calls.
- You monitor daily and weekly activity metrics to ensure SDRs are engaging prospects frequently and effectively.
- You drive accountability and performance by establishing clear KPIs for outreach and touchpoints.
- Strategy & Process Optimization:
- You design and implement effective outbound sales strategies that align with company goals.
- You build and optimize SDR processes, workflows, and tools for lead generation and qualification.
- You track and report on key SDR performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with sales objectives.

Reporting & Analytics:
- You monitor and analyze the team’s performance, using data-driven insights to make improvements.
- You provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.

Technology & Tools:
- You manage and optimize the use of sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Similar Web, Apollo and more for prospecting.
- You ensure accurate and consistent data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.
You are special because:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or related sales management role, with proven success in leading SDR teams.
- You have first experience in leading and scaling an SDR Team
- You have experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or the tech industry.
- You have strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
- You have a proven track record of achieving team targets and driving pipeline growth.
- You have the ability to own all SDR metrics and activities, including calls, emails, outreach sequences, and social selling.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic decisions.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills.
