About the role: 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Technical Product Owner to help drive our product vision forward. You’ll work closely with a talented, cross-functional team, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build innovative, user-centric solutions that push the boundaries of logistics as a service. This means driving the exploration and validation of new ideas while also ensuring the successful delivery of features.

Each day is different, but here’s what you’ll get up to:

• Product Ownership & Strategy: Shape the product vision, develop roadmaps, and drive the execution of features across the product lifecycle. You will work with the team to identify user needs, prioritize your deliverables, and ensure the timely adoption of high-quality solutions.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work hands-on with the agile engineering team to break down customer & solution requirements and user stories. You’ll be a key liaison between your squad, stakeholders and customers, ensuring that features are built to meet customer needs and drive business value.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback, define clear product requirements, and manage expectations around timelines and deliverables.
• Technical Product Expertise: Dive deep into complex topics, leveraging your technical expertise in areas like REST APIs, JSON, XML, combined with a strong interest to investigate and understand customer pain points as well as potential solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze the success of your product hypotheses, iterate based on user feedback, and drive enhancements that improve the overall product offering. You’ll take ownership of the product impact, ensuring that we meet both technical and business objectives.
• Agile Practices: As the Product Owner, you’ll lead both the discovery and delivery tracks for your squad. You’ll work with stakeholders and users to define needs and validate solutions, while collaborating with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution and delivery of features through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

You are special and you bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record in driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful releases.
• Strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and tools like Postman. You bridge technical and business gaps effectively.
• Skilled in leading customer interviews and market research, translating insights into actionable product strategies that align with both user needs and business goals.
• Extensive experience in agile environments, including dual-track agile (discovery and delivery), and advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• You define and own OKRs for your squad, aligning objectives with company and product vision, and driving measurable impact.
• A strong strategic mindset, owning long-term product outcomes and influencing key decisions across teams.
• Expertise in leveraging industry knowledge to shape roadmaps and features that solve customer pain points at scale, ideally in eCommerce or logistics
• Fluency in English is required; Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with experience advocating for product vision and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
