We are everstox – a Munich-based tech and logistics startup on a mission to unleash the power of logistics for leading e-commerce brands and logistics champions.

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on working student who works closely with our Chief of Staff and supports a wide range of topics across the company - from AI & automation projects to data initiatives and essential Office IT tasks. This role offers a lot of freedom, ownership, and learning opportunities, and can be shaped based on your skills and interests.

Each week is different, but:

AI, Automation & Data Projects (approx. 50%)

• You support and drive AI, automation, and data projects across different departments (Finance, Operations, Product, People, …)

• You work on automation use cases that applies state-of-the-art AI models, and experimental prototypes to improve internal workflows

• Help maintain, improve or build data structures, reports, and analyses - or explore completely new data use cases

• Depending on your experience, take ownership of your own projects from idea to implementation

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions

Office IT & Internal Support (approx. 50%)

• Support our Office IT setup and act as a first point of contact for internal IT-related questions

• Help maintain and improve internal IT tools, hardware, and access management

• Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective and help keep daily operations running smoothly

You are special because:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in computer science, data science, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics or a related field

• You have a strong interest in AI, automation and data, ideally with first hands-on experience

• You have solid Python skills and enjoy working on practical, real-world use cases, SQL skills are a plus

• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n) and data tools (e.g. dbt, BigQuery) is a plus

• You enjoy working on different topics in parallel and are comfortable with a dynamic, project-based setup

• You are proactive, curious, and motivated to learn, and not afraid to figure things out independently

• You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus
