Each day is different, but:

• You build trusted relationships with our existing customers by becoming a product expert
• You take care of incoming tickets and if necessary distribute them internally
• You ensure customer success by providing support to our existing customers via mail and phone
• You understand the customers’ needs and communicate feature requests within the customer success team
• You are continuously improving our help center articles and product guides based on your customers’ questions

You are special because:

• You are a student of Business Administration or a similar course of study
• You have gained first experience in the field of Customer Success
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills)
• You are able to react quickly, analyze, and prioritize incoming tasks and stay calm even in difficult situations
• You are solution-focused and have a technical understanding
