Who do we look for to join our team? We are looking for individuals with independent, proactive, and structured work approach, who thrive in an international, young, and dynamic team.

Each day is different, but:

• You take on full ownership of our 3PL relationships
• You conduct operational and commercial audits of 3PLs and co-lead their development at everstox
• You prepare and execute monthly performance reviews with your designated 3PLs and develop joint growth strategies
• You identify new trends in the market and elaborate current business needs by aligning different stakeholders interest internally and externally
• You apply your natural sense for spotting new strategic and revenue-generating business opportunities

You are special because:

• You have 2+ years’ work experience; ideally in the field of D2C operations, global logistics and/or managing commercial partnerships
• You have a good understanding of D2C driven Logistics Operations in a dynamic international setup
• You bring a strong business mindset paired with good communication skills and you are not afraid to navigate different interests
• You are self-motivated, pragmatic and strive to solve complex problems with an analytical approach
• You are business fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills); Spanish, French or Italian are a big plus
• You bring a willingness to do small business trips and participate in trade shows
