• Serve as a go-to authority on all things carrier and last-mile management, supporting our sales and account management teams with tailored last-mile solutions to wow our customers.
• Procure top-tier capacity and maintain superior service standards to meet the needs of our customers and logistics partners.
  

You are special because:

• You have 1+ years of relevant work experience as a customer/partner/manager OR in the logistical/carrier/eCommerce industry
• You can stand your ground in tough discussion/negotiations and hectic situations
• You are able to take responsibility and represent everstox in the best way possible
• You don't mind discussing and presenting last mile solutions in front of customers
• You are keen on striving for operational excellence on all levels and constantly optimizing processes
• You are a team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude and possess great interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing)
